In brief: Several shampoos.

Do yuou have psoriasis elsewhere? It may or may not be, but the shampoos, ie.
T-gel neutrotar, selsyn blue, and zinc shampoos should used progressively . You can also rotate them. If one or more does work with the least complicated shampoo, the mildest available. You can shampoo to0 frequently and irritate your scalp.

In brief: Dandruff

Topical cortisone agents help symptoms by reducing inflammation, itching and discomfort.
Kenalog (triamcinolone) spray and clobetasol solution are both effective but you will need a prescription. You can change your shampoo to otc Nizoral and see if that also helps.
