Why are my hands trembling so much? I have also been dropping things left and right. Don't know if it's stress or my sleep apnea, or both. Please help

In brief: If this is to the

Point that you are repeatedly dropping things - you really need in-person medical evaluation.
Take care.

In brief: See your physician

You need to see your family doctor or neurologist who will need you to do some tests, scans, etc.
To help your doctor find out what's causing your hand muscles shake and lose strength. It's not likely that stress or sleep apnea could cause these symptoms.
