In brief: No!
Sex and instillation of body fluid, vaginally, orally, or anal are mjor way the disease is spreading the disease, with needle use.
Unless your partner" has hiv, they should be informed of your condition and condom use is a requisite! please educate yourself about the condition. Has your doctor not discussed ths? This so bizarre, that i question if this a "joke." is it?

In brief: If your partner has
If your partner has HIV as well, it may be acceptable between you two.
It is generally not advisable because of the HIV genotype difference which may influence treatment response..Say you have type1 genotype and your partner has type2..Having relations may end up later each having both which can be more difficult to treat etc..Consult you HIV doc...Good luck.
