I have been off the Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot for 11 months and ttc. My period did return but not normal. What can I do to return my fertility?

See a fertility doc. Not an infrequent issue with patients who have used depo-provera for contraception. In the absence of other issues, the use of fertility medications to restore follicle growth and ovulation may be indicated. Read more...

I have begun to have abnormal menstrual periods after stopping the Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot in 2010. And now I am unable to get pregnant. What can it be?

Needs evaluation. The effects of depo-provera on your body have been out of your system for at least two years. Is there any vitamin I can take along side Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) that will help with my moodiness and libido?

Possible. I'd talk to your doctor before trying anything - as there might be an adjunctive treatment they can provide to help. Or, perhaps evaluate if Depo injections are the best option for you. The only supplement that I've seen that has any actual data supporting it (for mood) is called SAMe (it's a very weak serotonin reuptake inhibitor). But def check with your doctor first. Good luck!
