Two weeks before my period i'm extremely nauseated and a week before my period I cramp bad but on my period I don't cramp. Is it normal?

In brief: Maybe not

Cramping can be normal when the uterus attempts to shed the endometrium(lining of the uterus).
However, if the cervical opening is partially obstructed then the cramping may be more severe and nausea may result from vagal nerve stimulation. Endometriosis can produce similar symptoms so please see a gyn for an assessment.
