I have a blotch at the top/inside of my thigh. It seems to fade when i press on it or stretch it. It seems slighty more red than birthmarks (not sure)?

In brief: Benign vascular spot

If it blanches (loses color) when you put pressure on it, and it's bright red, it's probably a benign blood vessel growth called a hemangioma.
These are usually just a cosmetic problem but sometimes it gets more complex. If it bothers you, get it checked out.

In brief: Obviously vascular!

If it blanches when pressed, increased blood flow is present.
Probably not a cause for worry unless you have symptoms at the site.
