I have missed 2 periods, took five pregnancy tests, all negative but my abdomen feels tight. Some nausea.. Maybe pregnant or do you think cysts?

In brief: Not ovulating

Ovulation is what causes a period to come 2 weeks later. When a woman doesn't ovulate, her ovaries can keep getting stimulated, which can cause high estrogen levels.
That causes nausea and sometimes abdominal swelling. It may also be associated with ovarian cysts, but it's not ovulating that causes the cysts, not the other way around. If you go 3 months without a period, better to see your doc.
