You can not take reverse the side effects and if side effects are severe and affecting quality of life then you have to talk to your treating physician and change the medicine.

In brief: Talk to your doctor
There are a lot of ways to address sexual side effects, depending on what they are.
The most important thing is to talk to your doctor. They might give you another medicine, or an alternative medicine, or change your dosing strategy.

In brief: No One Likes This
Sexual side effects from Paxil (paroxetine) and other ssri medications are unfortunate.
The best way to stop the side effect is to stop the medication. There are a number of "tricks" that I have seen other clinicians try such as adding an additional antidepressant, or holding a dose prior to sexual activity, but none of these has proven to be truely effective. One must discuss this issue with their md.
