In brief: No movements on meds
You should call your OB and have him/her check you asap.
If you were feeling the movements daily and all the time and soddenly you dont feel any movements, it will be safe to see your OB doctor.

In brief: Seroquel (quetiapine)?
Zoloft (sertraline) is usually benign.
Seroquel is less. But it good be any of many other reaons. Go see your ob/gyn specialist!
