In brief: Hematuria

Its always reasonable to go get checked out for blood in the urine, especially if recurrent.
It could be benign, from exercise or physical exertion, but ruling out other causes is vital.

In brief: See a urologist

Small amounts of bright red urine at end of urination may be benign urethrorrhagia, urea from a ureaplasma infection, and treated with Erythromycin or biaxin, (clarithromycin) not uncommon in teenagers and young adults.
Could be sign of prostate cancer in more mature men. Bottom line is that you need to have it checked and your urologist will likely advise a cystoscopic examination. Good luck.
