All work if you stick to them but this is difficult. Effective weight loss requires a comprehensive program of diet, exercise, alteration of food habits and you should have the assistance of your physician, nutritionist and exercise therapist.

Agree w above. In addition Reducing stress (breathing, yoga, meditation etc), eating and living a "clean" life also important - eg organic fruits and veggies, organic beef, chicken and eggs ie free of hormones, using mostly chemical free detergents and body lotions etc . Good sleep for body healing and repair also helps :) good luck!

The real key to weight loss is to just watch the size of your portions at meals, eat healthy, and exercise regularly.
There's no radical diet or exercise plan or pill that will magically give you meaningful and sustained weight loss. The ol' fashioned way is still be best way to lose weight for the long term. Shoot for two pounds per week of weight loss.
