Using plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) 200 mg twice a day and prednisone 5 mg daily. For rheumatoid im stiff and achy again. Will i need more meds my fatigue is bad too.

If you have swelling or dynovitis you will require something stronger than plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine).
The Prednisone should also be tapered. If this cannot be done without increased disease problems you will require stronger medication.
