In brief: Did she get vaccine?
Most children get their routine vaccines at 2-month visit and one of the vaccines is rotavirus--oral vaccine which can cause significant diarrhea, can occur up to 11 days after getting it.
Otherwise, diarrhea in young children=common and if no fever; eating well, sleeping, just change diaper frequently and keep dry...It will get better. If fever/not sleeping/feeding etc.., see doc..Good luck.

as long as she is wetting her diaper..then she is not dehydrated. Also, she is feeding and so should not get dehydrated. If she has no other symptoms, I would not worry too much..it should get better in a couple of days..
