In brief: Yes, possibly

Breast fed babies have a whole range of colours and consistencies to their stool.
Greenish-yellow and 'seedy' is the most common. As long as they are comfortable and gaining weight there is no need to worry. However, if there has been a change in stool colour, if the baby is not growing, or if the baby is crying, fussing or in pain, you need to see your doctor immediately.
