In brief: Floor fracture

It is common to have significant swelling before and after surgery that causes double vision.
This should improve with time and generally takes 2-3 weeks after surgery. Continue your follow up with your surgeon to make sure that they are happy with how you are healing. Good luck.

In brief: See surgeon

if you are still having double vision on lateral gaze there may be an entrapment of muscle or nerev within the orbit.
You do not say how long after surgery it is now. Speak to your surgeon to determine what to expect or what is next step if sufficient time has past for recovery.
