In brief: Cold in pregnancy

Whether you are pregnant or not, there is no specific treatment for a common cold.
The best you can do is symptomatic relief and minimize the duration of symptoms. Antihistamines such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin are mostly category b, but decongestants such as sudafed and cough medicines such as Robitussin or Mucinex are mostly category c. Avoid category c. Try saline nasal rinsing, rest and fluids.

In brief: Tylenol (acetaminophen) products

If you do not have any other medical problems, most Acetaminophen products are safe to use in pregnancy.
Follow the directions on the bottle and do not take more than one tylenol (acetaminophen) product at a time. Instead of the tylenol (acetaminophen) product, you can use sudafed and benadryl. If you do have other medical conditions, you need to discuss with your doctor.
