With numbness and tingling in hands and feet, and limited movement in right arm, naseous, should I go to ER or schedule appt?

Not ER. This is anxiety or panic or stress. You do not need to go to the er. But, please go see your family physician to discuss ways to manage your stress better.

Multi possibilities. I am assuming that you are right hand dominant. It could be a problem anywhere from your brain to a peripheral nerve. If it is mostly on the radial (thumb) side on the hand that area is controlled by the medial nerve- common possibilities include carpal tunnel syndrome.
