Right side pain and sore lower back pain, very sore, drank a lot of alcohol 24hrs ago. Any ideas?

EtOH-> dehydration. Alcohol dehydation can predispose muscle injury, and also predispose to kidney stones (which can cause back pain on one side- typically sporadically cramping; look for blood in the urine). Avoid tylenol (acetaminophen) with alcohol as both can injure the liver. Drink plenty of water (avoid excessive caffeine as this can also dehydrate).
