In brief: If they walk they gt

Plantar warts are exposure related intrusions of the wart germ on the bottom surface of the feet.
I've seen & treated them in toddlers. They are unlikely if the kid never walks barefoot, but when is that likely with a toddler?

In brief: Nope!

Plantar warts tend to be a young-person disease.
I very rarely see anyone over 40 with a wart!
