I always trip when walking. Any imbalance on my leg bones? My feet seem too wide for a girl toes have wide spaces is this also the reason I trip, why?

A gait problem. It sounds like you might be in-toeing/and or pronating. It has nothing to do with the width of your foot, but the angle of your gait. You might also have an internal rotation of your hit position which is something from birth. At your age , you probably need some sort of prescription insole that will help alter your gait.
Feet. See podiatrist for gait anaylsis and exam.
