If you don't have a uterus but still have ovaries, can you still make eggs to produce a baby?

In brief: Yes

If you are premenopausal, your ovaries still function and produce an egg each month, regardless of whether the uterus is present or not.
The eggs can be extracted and used to create an embryo which a surrogate can carry. There have been extremely rare cases of women conceiving without a uterus (this is very dangerous, often fatal).

In brief: Yes

Through assisted reproductive technology, an egg could be retrieved and fertilized.
A surrogate mother would need to be available to successfully complete the process. So, yes, theoretically, it is possible, albeit not easy, to produce a baby when there are ovaries but no uterus.
