Will dehydration cause a droopy eye and low blood pressure?

Can cause low BP. Your history says you've received IV hydration, are hypotensive, dehydrated and depressed. You can have high hr too depending on how dehydrated you are. As for droopy eyelid (ptosis), that's not caused normally from dehydration, but if you're tired, exhausted from being dehydrated, it may seem to you that it is, when it's not functionally related. Iv hydration doesn't usually change droopy eyelids.
