2 weeks long podagra pain/inflammation resolved, yet there is still small reddish protuberance on the toe joint side. Should I stop the colchicine now?

Check with doctor. You should check with your doctor. They may want to keep you on a low dose to help stop another flare up.
Not yet! But you should be on a drug(s) to lower uric acid, either Allopurinol (decreases your body's synthesis of ua), or probenecid/colchicine, which causes you to pee out more uric acid and contains a dose of Colchicine to prvent a flare-all in one. If you've had gout, you have uric acid deposits in your joints or elsewhere. You need another drug or drugs to rid yourself of these and prevent buildup!
