In brief: Shouldn't
Unless it decreases pelvic volume, by its severity, most scoliosis should not cause an issue for childbearing.

In brief: If severe, C/S
Mild scoliosis(spinal curvature deviation) will usually allow a patient to deliver vaginally.
Severe scoliosis producing a change in stature may not allow enough room in the pelvis to allow vaginal delivery and therefore cesarean sections are more likely in those patients.
