In brief: Re-evaluate

Listen closely to body.
Pins and needles can be nerve pinching in neck coming form poor posture. Magnesium deficiency can make muscles tight which can cause pinching and pain. Low levels of vit d can be found with magnesium deficiency. Topical magnesium oil and supplemental vit d3 up to 10, 000 units a day may help. See if lying down putting legs up helps. This helps pain due to low bp.

Orthopedic Surgery

In brief: Radiculopathy

This sounds like it could be a pinched nerve in your neck - a cervical radiculopathy.
For a patient who has had conservative treatment, i would recommend an MRI of your cervical spine (neck) as the next step. Ultimately you may need epidural injections and possibly surgery, so see a physician for further evaluation.
