My granddaughter is 6 mts old with in utero stroke and wts 5.2 kg. Constipation is an issue. She is breast fed. No bm x4 days. Dosage for miralax (polyethylene glycol)?

If your daughter is breastfed she can have a stool with each feeding, go once a day or go aslong as a week without having one.
All this is normal and not considered constipation and as such MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) is not needed.
