I have normal calcimum level but a low parathyroid hormone level so what can do damage to the gland?

If your calcium level is normal, there is not much to worry about.
If your parathyroid hormone level is very low, you may be taking too much calcium by mouth, or you could have some other source of extra calcium in your blood. Discuss with your md or endocrinologist.
