Found septated ovarian cysts, 1.5cm and 4.5cm. Recurrence. Been taking pills since last surgery for removing endometrioma. Anything serious to worry?

No. Given your age, this is probably of low concern. Assuming you are not experiencing pain, i would follow these with ultrasound. If stable and not changing, you could consider doing nothing.
