In brief: Probably not
However there are other illnesses that may present with nasal bleed and it would be prudent to get yourself checked out with your doctor.

In brief: Not from sneezing
If you sneeze violently-sometime a small blood vessel on the lining of the nasal area can burst due to the high pressure from the violent sneezing.
That can give you blood-tinged mucous. That is normal. It will not be or increase your risk to have nasal cancer. Tobacco use and alcohol use would be something that would increase your risk for nasal cavity/paranasal sinus cancer.

Usually these cancers arise in far eastern and mediterranian countries/peoples.
Although epistaxis (nosebleed) is a sign, they usually have other signs, like nasal obstruction, and serous otitis media that is one-sided. They also are associated with epstein barr virus.
