I have had thorough evaluations with 3 cardiologists and have had a number of tests. Diagnosis=pvc. I continue to have squeezing chest pain. Cause?

Everything else in the chest can also cause pain, and also structures in the abdomen can sometimes create the sensation of chest pain.
