In brief: Speak with doctor

I'm afraid that there are almost always chances of recurrence with cancers.
In order to specifically give you the risks, one usually would need to know more detail in regards to your cancer such as how extensive it was into the tissues or if it infiltrated into lymph nodes. The best person to ask would be your cancer doctor.

In brief: Yes!

There is 2 main kinds of bladder cancer.
The typical superficial papillary cancer of the bladder recurs in 50-70% of the time after treatment with bcg or chemotherapy inside the bladder. When it come back it tends to come back locally within the bladder and can be treated again. This kind does not spread else where, unless it transform to the transitional cell type, which is more serious.
