Egg whites do not have cholesterol. The full egg has about 186grams of fat so all that is just from the yolk!

Egg whites do not have saturated fat and do not affect LDL the yolk has about 186 grams of fat so if you do about 3 per week its okay.
For a satisfying breakfast do 3 egg whites and a cup of veggies such as spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms. It is low glycemic, low calorie and helps get your 7-9 veggies per day! 1 egg white has only 25 cal!
