In brief: Poor choice

Hydrogen peroxide turns into water after the bubbles release oxygen.
What you have done is provide an extra source of moisture that the canal likely absorbed leading to cracks in the skin. Serum oozes out & gets infected. Time to go see your doc or urgent care so this swimmers ear equivalent can be treated.

In brief: See your DR

Peroxide is not useful in the ear.
Sometimes vinegar is.
