At night I sometimes wake up with extreme nausea and vomiting, rapid heart beat and fainting. It is very scary husband thinks its too much caffeine?

Medical evaluation. It sounds very odd to wake up fainting. However, the collection of your symptoms warrants a medical investigation. Panic attacks can occur at night, and could be exacerbated with high caffeine intake.
