Lower leg under calf hurts when sitting or layng down not when walking no redness or swelling been going on for 4 days now?

Leg pain. Pain in the leg can have many different causes including disorders affecting the nerve, soft tissue, bones and blood vessels. Pulses need to be checked and evaluated by a physician to start, and if the blood vessels look fine, then can think about musculoskeletal cause and treatment options.
