I trust your thyroid's been checked, that you've had a workup for alopecia areata, and that you know rationally how many of your fellow-women have normal hair but wear a wig for beauty. Truth be told, you sound like a fine woman, still young (you're 29, right?) You have no right to hide yourself and your essentially intact beauty with agoraphobia, social phobia, self-consciousness or whatever.
Thyroid problems? Hair loss in women can be due to a variety of causes. You need a thorough history concerning severe chronic illness, major surgery, thyroid disorder, crash diets, inadequate protein, and certain drugs (Fiedler & Gray, 2003). Therapy? Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy?
