What helps with the foot numbness caused by morton's neuroma?

Numbness verses Pain. Morton's neuroma can cause a lot of different symptoms including numbness but as long as that does not affect the quality of your life, there may be no need to address this. Most patients do something about "pain, " but you can try a cortisone injection and this may help the numbness but not necessarily. Beyond this, there is nothing much that will help like p. T., shoes, etc.
Neuroma. Numbness is one of the symptoms caused by a neuroma. It also can be quite painful. The treatment is the same as any of the symptoms. Initially wider shoes, custom orthotics and anti-inflamatories. If it persists then steroid injections are commonly employed.
Several things. Things which might help could be wearing larger (wider) shoes, spacers between toes, steroid injections and, at last option, surgery.

Intermittent symptoms mean nerve dysfunction is generally not severe enough to cause permanent damage-but continuing damage can become permanent. Take action before then. Read more...
