In brief: Bad idea

Epidermal cysts usually are connected to the skin surface by a pore, and sometimes the contents can be gently expressed from the cyst.
However, the cyst will recur because the epithelial cells of its walls will continue to shed into the cavity. Manipulating or piercing the cyst could lead to an infection. Only by removing the whole cyst including the walls can recurrence be prevented.

In brief: Epidermal cyst

You should not try to puncture it or drain it, as you can cause infection and it will get really messed up.
See a surgeon or a dermatologist and have it excised.
