I had my fallopian tubes removed in nov. Due to ectopic preg. I've had a regular period every month till now. I am now 5 days late. What does this mean?

It is very unlikely to be pregnant after you have had both tubes removed.
You probably did not have a regular ovulation this month. I would check a pregnancy test. If it is negative then you can wait for your period. If it has not started in several weeks see your doctor.
