Endometriosis is when cells from the lining of your uterus are outside the uterus, on the ovaries, ligaments, etc.
. In the abdomen. So yes you can still have issues with endometriosis after a hysterectomy. Your ovaries, if still in plac, e will continue to make estrogen, and thus continue to stimulate any enomertriosis that is present.
