Can you take Mucinex (guaifenesin) (expectorant) and sudafed together and will it keep you up at night. Or will nyquil be better for stuffy nose and mucus in throat?

In brief: Mucinex (guaifenesin)

Will not keep you up, but sudafed may.
They are okay to take together. Nyquil may be better if you do not want to stay up and is okay to take with an expectorant as well (just make sure that the nyquil you bought doesn't also have an guaifenisin in it as well). Hope you feel better!
