Is it possible to get a yeast infection from makeup on vulva?

I have not heard of. Makeup on vulva as a cause of yeast infections. However, in general would let that area 'breath' and would avoid placing makeup in genital area. Natural approaches to yeast infections: 1. Wear cotton vs synthetic underwear 2. Avoid wearing underpants in bed at night. 3. No tight fitting panties ; pantyhose. 4. Use natural tampon/ feminine pads (avoid scented). 5. No douches or harsh, drying soap.
