Going to have my regular gyno appointment next month but am trying to calm down my anxiety before then. Any words of advice?

Let gynecologist. Know about your anxiety. Auricular (ear) acupuncture before hand can be very calming (especially if you use semi-permanent needles). Breath through anxiety. Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.
