In brief: While having colic?
Not a good combo if biliary colic occurring.
Typically onset with fatty foods, so e.g. Pepperoni pizza and beer is not unusual trigger. If history of biliary colic, alcohol in itself won't bring it on, but should treat the diseased gallbladder to prevent another attack-which could lead to complications like infection, blood infection pancreatitis, even death. Alcohol can cause lots of GI damage.
