In brief: Infant stuffy nose
Stuffy nose in infants is very common.
If he is able to nurse then there is nothing to worry about. You can always use Normal Saline drops and a nasal bulb to clean out his nostrils. As he grows, his nose will get larger and the stuffiness will go away.

In brief: Saline
Babies breathe through their noses, so it is important to keep the passages open.
I would suggest using baby saline drops with mild bulb suction. Other causes may be related to infection or anatomic changes. If it persists, please let your pediatrician know.
