Today my lower back started hurting. It hurts a lot when walking. I herd a pop in my back and then started having tingling in my toes on oneside.?

Maybe a disk rupture. This could be coming from an acute disk tear and rupture. The disk tear hurts in the back, and if disk material pushes out the tear into the space where the nerves to and from the legs are, it irritates the nerve, causing numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain. The leg pain may follow later than the tingling because inflammation takes time to develop.
Disc? Back pain with one sided leg symptoms are often indicative of a herniated disc -- this is best evaluated by your doctor -- often anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, and time will allow the disc pain to resolve -- sometimes imaging or intervention may be necessary.
