I would like diet plan to gain weight. What should I eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner etc... I know that potatoes will help gain weight but what else?

protein bars, lean meats, poultry, fish, Smoothies (w added silken tofu or powdered milk), Greek yogurt (full –fat), pasta/ bagels & use of juice rather than soda. Some people add whey proteins.
