In brief: Pancreas problem

Your question is confusing.
Your pancreas makes insulin as an internal secretion into blood. Deficiency of this causes diabetes, which may require insulin. The pancreas also makes enzymes which enter the gut for digesting food. A deficiency of this causes diarrhea, food/nutrient malabsorption, can come from previous pancreatitis attacks, and can often be treated by taking pancreatic enzyme pill
