In brief: Risk may increase

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos) is thought to increase the risk of endometrial (e.
g. Uterine) cancer. It is usually caught early though in pcos patients and is usually cured. A gyn will monitor for this. Women with pcos may also have a slightly increased risk of breast and ovarian cancers but it not high enough that any special or different screening needs to be done.
