I got ACL reconstructive surgery on the weekend. How long will recovery be?

Almost a year... The answer should be individualized and depends on several factors, such as whether your surgery utilized autograft versus allograft, whether meniscus repair was performed, and what activities you are looking to return to. In most 35 year-olds, full recovery is a minimum of 6 months, and more likely 9 months. If a cadaver graft was used, this is more likely 9 to 12 months.
